According to scholars, all wealth is capital because the direct effect of good is production of wealth. Types of wealth: spiritual,social, physical,soul, influential, community, generational. Human capital includes knowledge, social and emotional capital . Communication and technical skills, creativity, experience, problem solving skills, mental health and personal resilience are also examples of human capital. It includes person' s abilities and the qualities of labour that influence productivity.

Human capital potential consists of the knowledge , skills and health that people accumulate throughout their lives enabling them to realize their potential as productive members if society.

Cost of storage may rise after some contractors absconded with mobilisation fund or abandon unfinished work. Infact, some of us may typify such projects .Think about that. But our Tender Board usually prepared fresh tenders on recommendations of Works Department etc. Such disruption caused social disharmony and economic hardship. Timely intervention by implementation and monitoring units, should bring remedy.
NEW AND OLD PRODUCT.
My colleague won contract to supply heavy duty medical equipment for diagnosis. The machine incurred demurage because the cargo ship docked longer than required. By the time the equipment arrived, another version was on tender because he couldn't meet up with terms and conditions of supply. Isn't our human capital potential, market driven elastic transaction? It begins with a burning hunger and thirst to grow and develop physical wealth/ capital. Failure isn't fatal. Success is final. The result of hard work is more work. We can renew our minds with well being mentality, find and fund it's profitability . What can turn the world around like electric bulbs and their diversities. Complacency may breed indecency.
