P = FV/ 1+r. PV= Present Value. FV= Future Value. r = rate of Interest. Potential earning of natural resources now, is current worth plus its interest rate (returns / dividend). Why is Time Money Cost Success , important? Time is constant, with a 24 hour day activity for us to operate.
