I know who I am. I Know I can start a thing , good I don't know how far I can go. I do know where I come from. I know I will leave it better than I found it. I will go an extra mile . I am what I am. I only, have my uniqueness. I will leave behind, a better world.

I). What do You do with failure? There are few, who succeed at first attempt on something new. Failure starts when our knowledge finishes on what we know about something.
To be truly top achiever means to go where there are no foot prints . Where you have to create your own path and follow it to reach set goal, with distinction.Pioneers of what have changed the world and continues to improve our lives fall within this bracket. The Wright brothers, the early programmers and eventually they who have made PC,' s user friendly world attraction that's impossible to set aside.
ii). Hunger to become extraordinary. One sure way to success is to do common things uncommonly well. It means to stand out. Don't fit into existing standards or be limited by them. Rather let the world catch up with you. When I was much younger, I used to like KFC, fried chips amongst others. Their chips were crispy with well spiced fried chicken. This was a world of its own. But it was journey started after the first 1200 trials, before it sold one pack.

Business has competitive market where your brand must radiate and dilate the " Difference- Is- Clear deal. The bar is high and challenging. Think about Coca _Cola, Nike etc. It's not an over night success'. But growth, marginal growth and continuous improvement, both in content, package , rebranding shouldn't cease.
Iv). Give the world what can make them stand on their toes. I like sports world, atlhetics . They make me delightsome and fulfilling. Perhaps, the thrill of once being watched on track and field events has translated into breath taking, sometimes nervous spectator. Sports legends make the world go round.
v). Do you want to be a top achiever?. There is a natura law. Whatsoever you sow,you reap. Success' has a seed. Not just any seed . Curiousity waters it on a rich soil of the mind. Watch the patience of children , tirelessly explore their environment. Focused, fixing their whole being on an object. Amazing. Isn't that curiousity , is like the candle light, that searches our inner world to shine it's usefulness and power for humanity'? Make you top achiever. Ask Albert Einstein.

ii). Focus on building deeper understanding of how business' works. Try cost saving measures. Gradually, start to substitute new or diversified input alternatives. When business' stabilises, maintaining customer drive as primary market focus But look into new ways to improve profitability.
Some goods are highly very competitive but with low profit margin. Study the market and make adjustment.
Iii). Spend time digging deeper to understand what is new . Learn to be pro- active. Take advantage of being first suppliers of highly targeted market demand. Create this appeal that before any new item arrives, it will start from your own outlet. Check your bag.
Constantly ask questions and seek clarification. The digital devices are exciting and challenging,but they puts you in the spotlight of what is happening with all the enthusiasm
