1. INTRODUCTION 

WHAT IS MY NAME?                                             I'm a six letter word in human body.               Existing in three main types in everybody.    Allowing, move ,speak, chew  for somebody   Hardest working part of anybody.                     Heart beats 100,000 times in each body.           Blood, travel 60,000 miles in everybody.          Training facilities for all our body                     Marking as many courageous  somebody        Causing capacity to grow in the body                What Am I?   MUSCLE.


2. AT GYM OR MIND.?

Success succeeds when it makes others successful. Our body design and system is example. So success' is organic.

Growth is product of success. In the sense that growth is change in size. Essentially, for humans, it shows ability to move, speak chew etc. Muscles allow people do those activities. Muscles, therefore, are instruments of growth. And Success. 

ii). At Gym Or Mind.                                               Get to Your Mind ( GYM). The mind is everything. Whatever the mind conceives and believes. It can achieve. Just as we train the body, so also we can train the MIND:      To build muscles. This can be achieved by having a clear goal that you can fix  indelibly on your mind .                                                        Mental Priority . Train your concentration to will or command a muscle to grow.                   Visualization. This combines goal setting and mental priority to focus more realistically on the ideal shape or individual features that your imagination provides.  You can check my Post', ' I Am Work Under Construction. iv). At Gym Or Mind?                                              Muscles that learn to hustle to hit set goals:  Resilience, Resourcefulness, Reflectiveness and Reciprocity. These help us focus and unlearn mental ( modules) and way of capacity building that is no longer useful. Then learn skills and capabilities that are relevant to our future lives. v). Muscles cause us to move . Both at gym or mind. They stoke us to provoke movement from one point to another. These learning muscles constantly remind  ourselves of strong affirmation: I will win my next, I will be huge. 3. IS SUCCESS' ' MUSCLE' A TRAINER?.

The various types of muscles are: Skeletal. They are specialized tissues that are attached to the bones and allows movement. Smooth Muscles . They are located in various internal structures including digestive tracts, uterus etc.                                                                  Cardiac Muscles. That are specific to the heart. Our  body  structure and function system establish with facilities which provide  success a process   But we need to train the muscles to get them reach set targets. ii). Is Success Muscle A Trainer? Yes!           Success muscle is a trainer. When money reward motivates action, ambition mixes courage with determination, to produce results.  Learned success muscles skeletal muscle
