1. INTRODUCTION.
Fro the music group, Kool and The Gang: Celebrate good time. Let's celebrate and have a good time' Title track that made my day at school, for two reasons: Ever victory celebrated adds new layer to strength. It boosts confidence, bolster's resistance and fuels perseverance to ask Tough, is that all.
It served me as principle and engendered good habit to reward every achievement. Morale booster for hard work. Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown, suggests that the head be cheered up. If is tough enough , makes it a duty, for celebration long enough.
2.IF IT ISN'T TOUGH LONG ENOUGH.
I). Time of Your Greatness Is Here (TOUGH). So: Trample On Your Gravel. Tactic's On You, Get Hold of . Take Off Your thoughts about Horror. Things are On You, start to Hustle. Travel Over Your Gates, despite Hindrances, etc. That's is what tough thinks, and ready to accomplish in our converse.
ii). Perhaps , a sip of Tough, Long Enough is to dip into the journey of our birth. Where the co- competitors numbered trillion cells. That's pretty long. We did win then. We are equipped to do even much more, now. No matter the tip of iceberg that we see, the unseen massive size will crack when the whether changes. We can take tough times to our advantage.

ii). Challenges of the future will reduce cost because of technological innovation. There will be increase in supply of allied tech devices which will reduce cost of trade and drive economic growth.
In future, talent will be more critical factor of production than capital. The world, more from under developing countries, are rising up to fill up space created by the digital devices. Talents must rise up to the challenge. Be prepared to go extra mile.
Iii). Understand the future and carve out a path that works well for you, first. In the end it's the people that and the values that we need to shape us all.
We need skill empowerment, creativity.empathy, and stewardship as part of our new consciousness to complement the emerging robotised humanty. We need to be prepared to go extra mile.
