1. INTRODUCTION.

As a child, it was pleasurable to do domestic chores.  It provided me excitement especially when I was rewarded. Soon, when I became young adult, there was a stronger urge to bring some influence into the family. 

The feeling became intense, sometimes tugging me from inside. I had desire to drive my life with greater impact. I was hungry and thirsty to set and achieve goals. The external condition was wanting. 

From inside there  appeared to be  solution. There was a spark to light up the flame of what I cherished. It was energy to drive me forward,. I was thinking and  dreaming. I could see what I wanted to become. The fuel was available to crete new life and achieve purpose.  Then I had , no connection  between what I wanted and how I felt.  Now, I understand that moment. It. was motivation lurking. Knocking .  l became motivated.and spirit that made things alive was there.  Motivation, was available , the force that drives  to do things. The journey to actualise the goal, soon hit the road.


2. WHAT IS MOTIVATION

I). Motivation is a process of stimulating to act in a definite way to achieve a goal. It's caused by many things internal and external such as desire for something, look like someone or need for money.

Ii). The basic function of motivation is to create zeal to perform and be the first to achieve. This allows resource utilisation possibility both for firm or individual. This can lead to best results.

iii). Motivation is as a result of several factors. Ability to motivate yourself is an important skill. Self motivation drives people to keep moving forward even in the face of set back.  To take up opportunities and show commitment, to what they want to achieve. 

Iv). It reflects sometimes unique about us. Enables us to gain value, like improved performance, enhanced well being, personal growth or a sense of purpose.

V). Motivation equips people to go through challenging moments. Sometimes, it makes us act because of competitiveness. We benefit because of resolve and strength of our strong 'Why.


3  HOW TO USE MOTIVATION  TO ACHIEVE SET GOALS .                                        I).Motivation is a  path to change out way of : THINKING: Especially, in the face of chalenges , difficulties, road blocks etc. Motivation talks to Impossibility, I'm possible.. It addresses Tough, I 'm Tougher. It swings it's finger  over defeat, I'm the feat to defeat you. Against all set backs. I am in charge.

ii). I will create a way Where there is none. I don't wait for opportunity, I create one. I connect to power to turn incapable to capable. I ' m in alliance with power that that can do anything.and everything. I' m coming back to take back all they said I couldn't have. 'Everything that I'm not, made everything that I become'. That's motivation power. That's how to back your goals from non fowl keepers.

iii). Change our FEELING. It strengthens our knowledge  ,that money makes money. True. But feel this way too: Predominant desire, when it passes through a process, delivers it's physical equivalent. If you are saturated with desire for a house, the universe and natural laws working together with faith elixir,produces the  physical product. Iv. Change in BEHAVIOUR. Motivation stimulates positive action ,with failure as midwife of success. If you must ,fail  into success. Dial success and follow it's trail. Don't give up. Don't stop learning how  to succeed unttil you understand it. 


4. 4 WE CAN DO MORE.

Ii. Let's start Start by creating enabling environment for motivation to freely supply fuel to drive us through visions, set goals ,live our life purpose. This is key. When we discover the gift,talent,etc, it releases  the power of creativity.  This is workshop where these tools surface through dreams, visions , ideas, etc. And motivation fuels the process to achieve great results.

Ii). Let discover our worth. To know ourselves more and more. To become dangerously self -aware.  We often set goals that are far below our capacity. Soon , we become satisfied with success which can still do more. Thus our untapped resources, hands on the cheek , waiting, languishing, if  perhaps today, there will be bail .

Iii). Create new goals, review and set up new value added ventures, strive to  improve desired outcome. Don't be tired. It will  not get perfect. But we can make things work. No matter how hard, there is a card with its ' yard'. That's one of the reasons why we are here. To change what needs to be charged. We have the power.,to do it right. And create a better world.

iv). We can move our thoughts and emotions. These need to be recharged to the point where we need to take action.                  Motivation will provide driving force behind  our dreams and visions towards our set goals.
